Wine making process:

Classical Red wine making.

Characteristics:

Bright ruby color and intense aromas of red and black fruits such as strawberry, blackberries and plums. Full body with soft tannins that balance harmoniously between fruity and peppery structure giving a pleasant and velvety aftertaste. A very high quality wine that represents the volcanic soil.

Food pairing:

Accompanies well full - bodied cooked and grilled meat dishes, aged cheese and different pastas with sauce.

Served between 17-20 degrees
