Classical Red wine making.

Characteristics:

Bright shiny purple color and intense aromas of red and black fruits such as strawberry, cherry, & blackberry. Full body with exquisite tannins that balance harmoniously between the fruit, the floral, the sweet vanilla and the crunchy cedar pepper, while offering a long aftertaste. A very high quality wine, aged from carefully selected grapes in a privately owned vineyards located 900 meters above sea level.

Food pairing:

Accompanies well full - bodied cooked and grilled meat dishes, soups, aged cheese and different pastas with sauce and mushrooms.

Served between 15-18 degrees
