Bright garnet - cognac color. Intense aromatic pomegranate bouquet, slightly balanced between spices and black fruits.

Tasting notes:

Intense pomegranate with moderate acidity, balanced between light sweetness, medium body and soft tannins. Rich, well-structured pomegranate aftertaste.

Food pairing:

A tempting refreshing wine when cooled, during winter and summertime. Excellent accompaniment of fresh tropical fruits and green grapes, melon, apples & pear. Accompanies well also dried fruits, like prunes, apricots and figs. Pairs well with medium-bodied dishes such as green salads, cheese and desserts.
