Wine making process:

Classical Sparkling wine - making and second fermentation in stainless steel pressure tanks for 30 days.

Characteristics:

Bright golden color with intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. Dry, medium-bodied, high acidity and minerality resulting to pleasant freshness. A perfectly balanced fresh very aromatic and tasty wine.

Food pairing:

Accompanies excellent light dishes with appetizers poultry, fish, seafood and desserts with fruits.

Serve between 5 -7 degrees.
