Zorah Karasi Red Dry

Wine making process:

Careful selection of the very best grapes, hand harvested at the end of September from vineyards located at altitude of 1.400m. Fermentation in temperature controlled concrete tanks using natural yeast, and aging in local Armenian amphorae of varying sizes some buried in the ground and some above for 12 months and then 6 months in bottle.

Characteristics:

Intense purple and berry fruits with notes of wet earth dried herbs and spice. Sour cherry, raspberry, pepper with exotic aromas that continue refined in the mouth harmoniously with moderate tannins and long aftertaste.

Food pairing:

It serves excellent dishes with meat and aged cheese.

Served between 15-18 degrees
