KARAS Kraki Ktor Orange

Characteristics:

Orange (skin contact) wine is a type of white wine that is made similarly to red wine, by fermenting white grape juice with the seeds and skins of white grapes. These wines are described as being robust and full-bodied with a great depth of flavor like a red wine and the refreshing qualities of a white wine. Karas Kraki Ktor (a piece of fire) white dry wine (orange wine) is made from Kangun grape variety grown in Armavir region and fermented in amphora which gives the wine its delicate colour and light savoury aromas. On the palate it is fresh, deep with marked tannins and a long finish. A true reflection of the elegant terroir of the region. Karas Kraki Ktor orange wine is bottled unfiltered, unfined and with minimal added sulfites at bottling in order to keep its purest expression.

Food pairing:

Accompanies excellent light dishes with poultry, fish, seafood, rice, cheese, fruits and salads.

Serve at 8 degrees.
