Wine making process:

Classical White wine- making, in stainless steel tanks.

Characteristics:

Bright golden yellow color with intense sweet aromas of melon, apricot, peach, pineapple and citrus. Dry, medium body, high acidity, floral and mineral resulting in a strong and pleasant aromatic aftertaste. A perfectly balanced aromatic and very tasty wine.

Food pairing:

Accompanies excellent light dishes with poultry, fish, seafood, rice, cheese, fruits and salads.

Serve at 8 degrees.
