Classical Red wine making.

Characteristics:

Shiny ruby color with blue highlights, mild aromas of red and black fruits such as strawberries, blackberries, plum & sour cherries. Full body with soft tannins that balance harmoniously between fruity and spicy, giving a pleasant and velvety aftertaste. A high quality wine that represents very well the volcanic soils.

Food pairing:

Accompanies well full - bodied meat dishes, aged cheese and different pastas.

Served between 15-18 degrees
